1. Installation​
Mount the CarPlay device securely in your truck's rear mirror , ensuring the display is within easy view of the driver without obstructing the field of vision. Connect the power cable to the truck's power source. Attach the built - in front camera to the front of the truck and the reverse camera to the rear, following the provided wiring instructions to ensure proper connection.​
2. Wireless Screen Mirroring (iOS & Android)​
iOS: Enable Wi - Fi and Bluetooth on your iPhone. On the CarPlay device, select "Wireless Connection" and then "iOS". On your iPhone, search for the device's name in Bluetooth settings and pair them. Once paired, your iPhone's screen will be mirrored, and you can access navigation, music, and apps on the device's display.​
Android: Turn on Wi - Fi and Bluetooth on your Android phone. On the CarPlay device, choose "Wireless Connection" and "Android". Follow the prompts on both the phone and the device to complete the mirroring setup.​
3. Camera Usage​
Front Camera: It automatically starts recording when the truck is turned on, capturing the road conditions ahead. You can view the live feed on the display by selecting the "Front Camera" option.​
Reverse Camera: When you shift the truck into reverse gear, the reverse camera activates automatically, showing a clear rear - view on the display to assist with parking and reversing.​
4. Bluetooth Function​
Hands - Free Calls: Pair your phone with the device via Bluetooth. When a call comes in, you can answer or end it using the buttons on the device or the touchscreen.​
Audio Streaming: Play music from your phone, and the audio will be transmitted through the device's Bluetooth to the truck's speakers (if connected) or the device's own speaker.​
5. FM Function​
Press the "FM" button on the device. Use the touchscreen to tune to the desired FM frequency. Sync it with your truck's radio by setting the truck's radio to the same frequency, allowing audio from the device to play through the truck's speakers.​
6. TF Card Storage​
Insert a TF card into the designated slot. The device will automatically save recorded footage from the cameras and media files (such as music, videos) to the card. To access the files, go to the "Storage" menu on the device's display and select the desired file to view or play.​
7. Notes​
Keep the cameras clean to ensure clear footage.​
Avoid using the touchscreen excessively while driving to maintain safety.​
Regularly back up important files from the TF card to prevent data loss.
